[ ] 1 cup mixed beans (canned, drained and rinsed)
[ ] 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
[ ] 1 tbsp vinegar
[ ] 1 tbsp olive oil
[ ] Salt and pepper to taste
[ ] Red chili flakes (optional for spice)
[ ] Water (as needed to cook lentils)

Instructions
[ ] 1. Cook lentils according to package instructions until tender. Drain and let cool.
