[ ] 2 tablespoons olive oil, 5 cloves garlic minced, 1 1/2 cups cut green beans, 15 oz can butter beans, drained and rinsed, 1 cup artichoke hearts quartered, frozen or canned, 3 medium tomatoes diced, about 2 cups, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon saffron threads, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 6 cups vegetable broth, 2 1/2 cups bomba rice. Garnish: lemon slices, flat leaf parsley chopped.

Instructions
[ ] 1. Heat olive oil in a large paella pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
[ ] 2. Add the green beans, butter beans, artichoke hearts, and diced tomatoes. Stir in the smoked paprika, saffron threads, and salt.
[ ] 3. Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Add the Bomba rice and stir to combine.
[ ] 4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer, uncovered, for about 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the liquid is absorbed.
[ ] 5. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.
