Ingredients
[ ] Apple Filling: 4 medium red apples peeled and chopped (about 450g), 2 tablespoons organic granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 1/4 tablespoon all-purpose flour.
[ ] Crumble Topping: 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 4 1/2 tablespoons vegan butter, cold, 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon organic brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Instructions
[ ] 1. Preheat oven to 350F (176C).
[ ] 2. Add the apples to the baking dish.
[ ] 3. Pour the apple filling ingredients over and toss to coat.
[ ] 4. In a separate medium bowl, add the ingredients for the crumble topping.
[ ] 5. Using the side of a fork, cut the butter into the flour to make crumble pieces.
[ ] 6. Cover the apples with crumble topping.
[ ] 7. Bake for 45 minutes.
[ ] 8. Allow the crumble to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
