[ ] 2 large bananas, 1 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 cup shredded coconut, 1/4 cup chopped nuts, 2 tablespoons almond nut butter, 1 tablespoon maple syrup.

Instructions
[ ] 1. Preheat the oven to 350F (175C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
[ ] 2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
[ ] 3. Add the oatmeal, vegan chocolate chips, cinnamon, vanilla extract, shredded coconut, chopped nuts, almond nut butter, and maple syrup. Mix until well combined.
[ ] 4. Scoop the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, flattening slightly with the back of a spoon.
[ ] 5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are golden brown.
