[ ] 4 ounces (1 cup) white rice flour
[ ] 1 teaspoon dried basil
[ ] 1/4 teaspoon salt
[ ] Pinch granulated garlic
[ ] Pinch freshly ground black pepper
[ ] 1 chia egg
[ ] 5 ounces (1 cup) dried gluten-free bread crumbs
[ ] 1 batch of Alfredo Got A Halo Sauce, chilled in bread pan
[ ] Vegetable Oil
[ ] 1 tsp chili flakes
[ ] 1 sheet nori, confettied
[ ] 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast
[ ] 1 Tbsp white miso paste

Instructions
[ ] 1. In a bowl, combine white rice flour, dried basil, salt, granulated garlic, and black pepper.
[ ] 2. Prepare the chia egg in a separate bowl.
[ ] 3. In another bowl, place the gluten-free bread crumbs.
[ ] 4. Dredge the mozzarella pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the chia egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
[ ] 5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the coated mozzarella sticks until golden brown.
[ ] 6. Serve with chilled Alfredo Got A Halo Sauce.
