[ ] 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
[ ] 4 cups broccoli, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
[ ] 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
[ ] 1 tsp sea salt
[ ] 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
[ ] 1 tsp ground coriander
[ ] 1 tsp ground cumin
[ ] 3 cloves garlic, minced
[ ] 1/8 tsp Ceylon cinnamon

Instructions

[ ] 2. Heat a large stainless steel or cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
