Terms of use
About these terms
These terms apply when you use CuisineSavvy (cuisinesavvy.com), run by Mark Monitor, 10 Burton St, London WC1H 9AQ. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
Nutrition and health information
Nutrition values, health scores, badges and meal plans are estimates for general information. They are not medical advice and do not replace advice from a doctor or dietitian, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or take medication.
Allergen labels and filters such as "No gluten" or "No nuts" are worked out from recipe text and may be wrong. Always check every ingredient and its packaging yourself if you have an allergy or intolerance.
Using the recipes and content
You are welcome to cook from the recipes and share links to them. The text, photos, scores and design of the site belong to us or our licensors. Please do not copy or republish them, in whole or in large part, without permission.
Where a recipe credits an original source, that source keeps its own rights.
Accounts and what you add
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that are misused.
If you suggest a recipe or publish a plan, you confirm you have the right to share it and give us permission to use, adapt and publish it on the site.
Availability and links
We try to keep the site available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be either. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
Links to other websites are for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Our liability
We are not liable for any loss arising from using the site or relying on its content, except where the law does not allow us to limit liability, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you may also bring a claim in your local courts.
We may update these terms and will post changes here. Last updated: 11 October 2026. Questions: CuisineSavvy@gmail.com.
