BBQ Corn on the Cob

Sweetcorn grilled straight over the coals until blistered, then rolled in smoked paprika, lime zest and chopped coriander.

Ingredients
[ ] 4 corn cobs, husks removed
[ ] 1 tbsp olive oil
[ ] 1 tsp smoked paprika
[ ] 1 lime, zest plus wedges to serve
[ ] 10 g coriander, finely chopped
[ ] sea salt

Instructions
[ ] 1. Brush the cobs lightly with olive oil and season with salt.
[ ] 2. Grill over direct medium-high heat for 12-15 minutes, turning every few minutes, until charred in patches and tender.
[ ] 3. Mix the smoked paprika with the lime zest.
[ ] 4. Roll the hot cobs in the paprika mixture, scatter with coriander and serve with lime wedges.
